I would give them a negative 5 if I could! Went there today for an oil change and tire rotate in my service van. Nobody was in the waiting area to help me, so I stepped into the shop only to be asked very rudely by a blonde haired idiot to please step out of the shop. When he came into the waiting area to ask what I needed, I said oil change and tire rotate. He looked at me like I was asking him how to launch rockets. He said they don’t rotate tires, so I said ok just an oil change. I said I’m going to go across the street while I wait and eat lunch. He said we only service cars while customers wait here, you can’t leave. I said ok, took my keys back and left.

There’s a reason why the place is always empty and their lifts are always open. Overall appearance of the inside of the waiting room is as filthy as it gets.
There are several oil change shops between Fox Lake rd. and Big Hollow rd. Please take your car elsewhere!
