There is no pressure, no hassle. Everyone was kind and nice. It was one of our best car buying experiences that we ever had. John Paladino was our guy, he took care of us from start to finish. He’s a genuine people person guy, down to earth and kind. He was a pleasure to work with. Very informative and helpful. While I was there, I met other people who were “generational” buyers who repeatedly came back to John when they needed another car. This guy is not a typical car salesman; he’s NOT a “vulture” like you’ll find if you go right down the street (we shared with John a bad experience from the Chevy dealership down the street). We will be doing business again with John. And....I love the 2017 Tacoma I bought!
